It is understood that The Neenan Company is developing
the property to the west of the Cache LaPoudre River and
R,I M.1.&1M.P.
north of Prospect Road, known as The Neenan Office Building
II, a minor subdivision.
A private drive will be constructed with this develop-
ment. It will extend north approximately 202 feet from the
intersection of Prospect Road and Sharp Point. The private
drive has the possibility to continue farther north to serve
future development.
It is agreed that JMC Real Estate Company is able to
connect to the private drive at any point starting from a
city approved distance north of Prospect Road.

matter.
