4. The City of Fort Collins will explore the possible ways to accomplish this task; Matt Baker
will take the lead on this.
5. Sear -Brown and JR Engineering will set a separate meeting to establish the Harmony -
Timberline Intersection Design as soon as possible for the ongoing projects of PVH and Dial.
Issues in this area include the following:
• Historic Gas Station location
• Proposed Electric Line
• Warren Lake Outfall Ditch
• 30" Water Main
• Railroad Crossing
• Alignment w/ North Timberline
• Timberline access coordination
6. The Harmony School Shop, I't or 2nd plans, do not show the ultimate widened north edge of
pavement per 6 lane arterial standards. The cost for future widening will is the responsibility
of the others.
7. Median noses are required to provide pedestrian refuges.
8. An 8' bike lane is recommended by the city on Harmony.

1. Harmony Road is influenced by several projects currently being designed or in construction
phase. These projects include Celestica, Harmony Village, Symbios, Harmony School
Shops, Dial, and Poudre Valley Hospital among others.
2. The concern for establishing abase line for Harmony Road creating a uniformed foundation
for control and identify existing constraints was discussed. This base line would incorporate
the existing State coordinates and include County Road 7 to Lemay as a minimum.
3. Some of the constraints that need to be considered are as follows:
