RE: Poudre Valley Health Systems ODP and First Phase PDP I305 INNOVATION DRIVE Dear Leanne, We are pleased to submit the ODP and PDP for the first phase of development for the proposed Poudre Valley Health Systems Harmony Campus. As you know we have met a number of times to review this project and have also met a number of times with other departments to review infrastructure issues. The attached submittal represents a beginning of our response to issues you have raised as well as comments we have received from other departments. I would like to point out that because of recent changes suggested by the planning and engineering departments, we have not been able to complete the most recent plan revisions requested. We will continue revising these plans over the next few weeks while you review our first submittal but, would request that you and other departments use this initial plan set as a means of identifying major concerns. Outlined below is a brief response to our Conceptual Review letter for this project for the ODP. Response to Conceptual Review The following items are responses to the Conceptual Review summary letter dated March 2, 1998. Responses are numbered according to the numbers of the comments on the Conceptual Review letter. 1. Zoning - Acknowledged. All criteria are met 2. Water/Wastewater - Conditions acknowledged.
