The original notice dated February 14, 2000, contained a typographic error in the second paragraph which referenced a Harvest Park Project Development Plan. This notice corrects this typographical error; the correct name is Sage Creek Project Development Plan. Sage Creek Project Development Plan, request is for a division of 56.95 acres of land into two hundred and thirty (230) residential dwelling units. The development will consist of single family detached, attached single family dwelling units with a neighborhood center and a neighborhood park. The property is west of County Road 9, north of County Road 36, south of East Harmony Road, and east of Timberline Road. The property is zoned Low Density Mixed -Use Neighborhood District (L-M-N). The affected property owners list for this public hearing is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
