The proposed project is commonly known as The Greens at Collindale PUD, Preliminary, #8- 96. The applicant is requesting 33, zero lot line residential units (16 duplexes, and 1 single family unit) on 6.42 acres; located on the east of South Lemay Avenue, south of East Horsetooth Road and north Ticonderoga Drive; zoned RLP; Low Density Planned Residential. Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the public hearing, written comments are welcome. This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners of record within 500 feet of the area based on current County Assessor's records.
