Re: Levon's 2"d Warehouse/Office Building — Major
Amendment (to change the use of the building to allow a
private school as a permitted use)
You all probably received a routing for this Major Amendment. I
thought it might be helpful to have copies of the original approved
site plan, landscape plan, plat, and utility plans to assist in the
review of the proposed Major Amendment, so here they are.
We are treating this as a Major Amendment rather than a Minor
Amendment because it has been determined to be a change in
character.
You may have noticed that I gave the project a 2 week review. Let
me know if this cannot work, but because the Riversong Waldorf
School needs the approval a.s.a.p., and it is not much different than a
minor amendment, I'm trying to hurry this one through as much as
possible.
I'm tentatively shooting for hoping to schedule the type 1 hearing for
the Major Amendment on December 1 oth, but I plan to wait until after
staff review on 11/21 before I know if this will work.
