Major Amendment Tvpe I (LUC) 1"=600' CommL _ty Planning and Environmental .rvices Current Planning City of Fort Collins Dear Property Owner: November 26, 2001 On Monday, December 10, 2001, beginning at 4:00 p.m., in the conference room at 281 North College Avenue*, the Administrative Hearing Officer will conduct an Administrative Hearing for development application known as the Levon's 2"d Warehouse & Office Building — Major Amendment, File #19-96D. The applicant proposes to change the use of the approved office/warehouse building (currently under construction) at 315 Hickory Street to allow a private school as a permitted use within the building. The request also includes some changes in traffic circulation on the site from what was originally approved as Levon's 2nd Warehouse and Office Building P.D.P. If you have any interest or concern about this proposed project, you are encouraged to attend this public hearing. At the hearing you will have the opportunity to hear from the city staff and the project applicant about the details of the project. You will also be given the opportunity to state your views about the project. The affected property owners list for this public hearing is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
