the arc of a curve to the right having a radius of 30.00 feet, a central angle of 89°59'29";
and along -chord which bears S 44059'32" W 42.43 feet; thence S 89159148" W 91.42
feet to the Point of Terminus, said point beinj on the centerline of the existing emergency
access easerjent on the plat of LEVON'S 2 WAREHOUSE AND OFFICE
