MARCH 19OB-1981 As we had earlier agreed, here is the plat for Mulberry and Lemay Crossings PUD which has been fully -executed on the Developer's side except for the attorney's certification. I would appreciate it if you could get the signatures of the secretary of the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Engineer on the plat as soon as possible. Once you notify us that it has been executed by the City, our office will pick it up in order to obtain the attorney's certification at the time the Goldberg group takes title from the Springer -Fisher Trust and prior to the property's transfer to Wal-Mart.
