Re: Application for Stover Replat
Dear Bob:
Enclosed for review and processing as a minor subdivision is
the application packet for the Stover Replat. The application
seeks a replat to combine Lot 47 and Lot 111 of the Indian Hills
West P.U.D. into Lot 111A, and to extend the rear lot line five (5)
feet into the common area to accommodate a 110 square foot addition
to the residence to enclose a new interior stairway to the
basement.
The application packet includes the completed Application Form
with one attachment, and the small project fee of $200.00. Also
enclosed are twenty-one (21) copies of the plat, a current list of
property owners within 500 feet of the Stover lots, together with
mailing labels, and a copy of the construction plans for the
addition to the residence.
We have not submitted utility or drainage plans because this
small addition to the existing residence will not require an
extension of the existing utilities or have any significant impact
on drainage patterns. Also, because this project does not involve
any of the improvements usually subject to a Development Agreement,
we have not proposed a draft agreement for that purpose.
Please contact me after the application has been reviewed by
the appropriate departments and agencies so that we can discuss any
revisions and schedule the administrative hearing. We plan to have
the owners and the representatives of the Indian Hills West
Townhouse Association sign the original mylar after all review
comments have been addressed and before the hearing.
