On Monday, January 27, 2003, beginning at 6:00pm, in Current Planning conference
room at 281 North College Avenue*, the Administrative Hearing Officer will conduct an
Administrative Hearing for Harvest Park Major Amendment and Replat, File #25-98G.
The request is to replat Block 2 of the approved Harvest Park P.D.P. from 18 single family
detached home lots to 29 single-family attached home lots (townhomes). This is the same
proposal for which a neighborhood meeting was held on April 30, 2002. The project site is
bounded by Harvest Park Lane on the north, Country Squire on the west, Old Mill Road on
the east, and Rock Creek Drive on the south.
The property owners within 500 feet of this site are invited to participate in this public
hearing. The list of property owners is derived from official records of the Lorimer
County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and record keeping, or
because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed.
Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have
the opportunity to attend.
