RE: Drainage Letter Report for the Harvest Park 4`h Filing - Multi -Family
Basil,
The purpose of this letter is to confirm that the drainage conditions set forth in the Final Drainage and
Erosion Control Study for Harvest Park, dated March 2000, have not been substantially changed. The
area presented in Harvest Park 4Lh Filing represents a change in use from single family units to multi-
family units. Drainage basins identified as Basins B1, B2, B27 and B28 do not significantly change in
size or horizontal position. Basin runoff coefficients range from 0.78 to 0.86. Due to the similarity in
use, grading and basin delineation, minimal variation in site drainage is expected when compared to the
approved drainage design presented in the Final Harvest Park Drainage and Erosion Control Study.
Therefore, the Harvest Park 4`h filing site is within the criteria of the Drainage Report.
