The project is known as Harvest Park Third Filing, File #25-98F. This is a request to resubdivide 6 existing residential lots into 6 residential lots and 2 tracts of land within the Harvest Park Subdivision. The lots are located northwest of Ziegler Road and Rock Creek Drive. The property is zoned LMN — Low Density Mixed Use Residential Neighborhood. The affected property owners list for this public hearing is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed.
