Conditions:
Description of the changes and reason(s) for the request: To replat the front portion of lots 27-32, block 7 into an open space tract; and to
place the median in Rock Creek Drive into a private tract for the purposes of constructing a planter. Both tracts are to be dedicated to the HOA
and maintained by the HOA. The tract of land in front of lots 27-32 will also contain a supplemental paved private driveway. Note that the
approved access on the rear was built as approved and will not be affected by this replat.
