Dear Mr. DiTullio:
Staff has reviewed your documentation dated PDP 4/25/00 for the Harvest Park —
Final Compliance that were routed through the City on April 26, 2000 and would. like to
offer the following comments: .
1. Natural Resources: submitted a response that is attached to this document.
2. Public Service: comment sheet is attached to this letter.
3. Water/Wastewater: a comment letter is attached.
4. Stormwater: comments are attached.
5. AT&T Digital: a comment sheet is attached.
6. Zoning: comment sheets are attached.
7. Engineering: comment sheets are attached.
8. Transportation Planning: comment sheet attached.
9. Mapping: comment sheet attached.
10. Planning: provides the following:
a. As noted in letter dated April 12, 2000, single-family dwelling elevations need to
comply withSection 4.4(D)(2)(a)-(d) and be provided to the Current Planning
Department to insure compliance with the Hearings Officer decision document.
The architectural elevations of single family buildings need to be sufficient to
convey the basic architectural intent of the proposed dwellings, including building
materials, roofing materials and color scheme.
b. Note Sixteen (16) needs to be removed since it is referenced as NA. Notes
Seven (7), Nineteen (19) and Twenty-one (21), sheet 11 of 22, need to be
removed since they are not acceptable. Changes to an approved project
development plan may require an amendment to be filed and/or possible a new -
project development plan. review.
c. Coordinate all easements, open areas, street, sidewalk and pedestrian crossings
throughout the development with Natural Resources, Stormwater, Traffic
Operations, Engineering, Transportation Planning Services and other affected
