The proposed project is commonly known as Sinclair Redevelopment PUD, Preliminary & Final, #20-96. The applicant is requesting to demolish an existing gas station and build a new 3,000 s.f. convenience store/gasoline station on 0.47 acres; located at the southeast corner of South College Avenue and Drake Road, zoned BL - Limited Business. Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your input on this matter, as well as your neighbors' input, an extremely important element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the public hearing, written comments are welcome. This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners of record within at least 500 feet of the area based on current County Assessor's records.
