Cross Easements with Sinclair oil Corporation
College Avenue -and Drape Road
Fort -Collins, CO
Dear Mr. Vasko, Mr. Tiley and Ms. Tiley:
Sinclair Oil Corporation, a Wyoming corporation, has
submitted plans to the City of Fort Collins to rebuild its
service station facilities at the intersection of College Avenue
and. Drake Road in Fort Collins. In connection with such plans
the City -has required that a driveway at Drake Road be shared
between the Sinclair and the Tiley properties and another
driveway at College Avenue be shared between the Sinclair and the
TSV Enterprises, -Inc., dba:Inn at Fort Collins properties.
Therefore, it is proposed that vehicular easements
connecting with the above. driveways, as described on the. attached
drawing, be granted as follows:
