Discussions have been held with US West to re -allow the cantilevered decks along the south
property line. Documentation from other users of the easement there allowing US West to have
access over the easement is in the process of acquisition by TST. With that documentation in
hand US West will allow the decks to cantilever two feet into the easement.

RE: Response to Staff Comments On the Greens at Collindale PUD, Final (#8-96A) Dated 09/20/96
Dear Mitch:
For ease of reference and review the format of this letter shall follow the same format of the referenced
letter in subject line above. This letter will address the Staff comments presented in that subject letter.
I. --- SITE PLAN COMMENTS --
A. Plan Comments:
1. All of the setback issues raised have been addressed on the revised plan. There was no conflict
at Lot 25 so there were no modifications made there.
2. Note # 8 has been modified and proposed street lighting has been shown on the revised plan.
3. Done.
4. Done.
5. Done.
6. Done.
II. --- LANDSCAPE PLAN COMMENTS ---
All issues relating to Landscape Plans have been resolved on plans submitted by Jim Sell Design.
They have also submitted a written response under separate letter head addressing Staff
Comments in this paragraph.
ELEVATION COMMENTS --
A. Final Elevations have not been modified from earlier submittal and are resubmitted.
