2. The Plat showed a 20 foot easement on the north side or the property.......
Based on as -built elevations on Buffalo Run's property this easement will not be
necessary.
3. On sheet C4.11 there are some elevations at access points that do not match the
elevations on the street plans.
This contradiction of information has been corrected.
4. Sheet 4.12 - cross -sections B the last set showed the existing walk.....
This confusion was based on buffalo Run's design information and as -built
information. Since the construction of the stairs has been replaced with the
construction of the walk on the south side of the private drive, there is no need to
be concerned with this difference in grade.
5. For the retaining walls, when is the railing to be used? ...............
This has been clarified on the plans.
Natural Resources
1. Correct the botanic name of Common Red Reed.
This has been corrected.

Planning and Zoning sets.
Enclosed you will find the following plan sets ( per our phone conversation of December 3,
1999 ):

In addition these revised plans we are offering written comments to the various reviewing

Transportation Planning
Transportation Planning's comments of December 23, 1999 have been addressed
on the Off -site Utility Plans. As for the walk along Buffalo Run / private drive the
requirement for it's construction has been placed on Buffalo Run Building #3
Certificate of Occupancy.

Dear Mr. Sheppard:
Accompanying this cover letter are the eight (8) sets of the revised submittal plans of the
Mulberry and Lemay Crossings Final PUD, seven (7) sets of the revised Off -Site Utility
Plans, and seven (7) sets of the revised On -Site Utility Plans all of them are dated February
7, 2000. The revisions to the Final P.U.D. plans are based on your verbal comments.
These revisions to the Utility Plans are based on the written comments and accompanying
