Dear Mr. Schaulin:
As was discussed in our meeting on March 20, 2000 there is the potential for a future curb cut to be located
on the east side of 12`b Street north of Magnolia Street (the Magnolia Street that runs between Lemay
Avenue and 12`s Street) to serve your property.
At the time you desire to install and use this curb cut, a curb cut permit will need to be applied for and
obtained prior to the start of any construction. The curb cut can also be approved as part of a development
plan for the property. This potential curb cut would need to be located within an area that is 150 feet north
of Magnolia Street and 150 feet south of the first entry drive into Lot 1 north of Magnolia Street, or as
determined appropriate at the time of application.
There is no guarantee of a curb cut at this location, but provided the request meets all applicable
requirements it does not appear to be a problem.
