Dear Resident:
The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on Monday, May 20,
1996*, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers**, City Hall West, 300 LaPorte Avenue, will
hold a public hearing on a proposed project in your neighborhood. The proposed project
is commonly known as Parkway Townhomes PUD - Preliminary and Final, #9-96.
The applicant is requesting 12 multi -family dwelling units on 1.67 acres; located between
South College Avenue and JFK Parkway, north of East Harmony Road and south of
Troutman Parkway. The property is zoned bp, Planned Business and rp, Planned
Residential.
Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your input on this
matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important element in the City's
review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the public hearing, written comments
are welcome.
This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners of record within at least 500
feet of the area based on current County Assessor's records. If you should have questions
