Dear Resident:
The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on Monday, July 22,
1996", at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers", City Hall West, 300 LaPorte Avenue, will
hold a public hearing on a proposed project in your neighborhood. The proposed project
is commonly known as West Plum Street PUD - Preliminary & Final, #10-96A.
The applicant is requesting 13 single-family lots on 3.05 acres; located south of West Plum
Street between Kimball Road and Timber Lane; and zoned RL- Residential Low -Density.
Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your interest and
input in this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important part of the
City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the public hearing, written
comments are welcome.
This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners of record within 500 feet of
the area, plus others in the general area who may be interested based on current County
Assessor's records. If you should have questions or require further information about this
