more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Section 16 and considering the East line of
the Northeast Quarter of said Section 16 as bearing South 00' 25' 00" East and with all
bearings contained herein relative thereto; thence South 00' 25' 00" East along the East
