Attached are five prints of the Ramada Suites PUD, Preliminary and Phase I Final,
revised in response to City Staff Comments. Specific responses include:
1 a. Building dimensions are not required where building envelopes are provided.
5a. Due to the small number of guests that will be on bicycle, and since there are only 3-4
employees on duty at any one time, we feel that additional bike racks are not
necessary. Additional pedestrian connections would decrease the amount of green
space, and deemphasize the primary pedestrian connection that is being provided.
5c. The site plan has been modified so that it does not disturb the wetlands.
7b. The trash.dumpsters have been relocated to a less visible location.
9a. To our knowledge, there is no City Code requirement restricting the location of shrubs
near service lines.
12a. The site plan has been enlarged/modified to include more land area, mixed uses, and
joint access and parking.
Specific architectural modifications are being submitted under separate cover.
