Dear Resident:
On Tuesday, July 2, 1996 at 2:00 p.m., in the Planning Department Conference Room*, 281 North
College Avenue, Fort Collins, Colorado, the City of Fort Collins Planning Director will hold an
administrative hearing to consider a C-L Site Plan Review known as Farmers Bank at Riverside
Shopping Center, C-L Site Plan Review, #13-96.
The applicant is requesting a change of use from a fast-food restaurant with a drive-thru (formerly
Amigo's) to a bank with a drive-thru. Located at 723 South Lemay Avenue and zoned CL, Limited
Commercial.
The affected property owners for this public information meeting is derived from official records of
the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and record keeping,
or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel
free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to
attend.
