College Ave. Fort Collins, CO 80524 December 27, 2000 On September 12, 2000 a comment letter was mailed to you regarding the Levon's Warehouse P.D.P. In that letter, comment "a" from the Current Planning Department stated the following: "Section 2.2.11 of the Land Use Code requires that an applicant submit revisions based on this letter within 90 days or the project application becomes null and void. Your response to the City's concerns is due December 13, 2000. A 30 day extension to this deadline is available. All requests for an extension should be directed to the Current Planning Director. If remaining issues are those that do not require plan revisions, a status report verifying continuing efforts toward resolving the issues is required within the same timeline. " We did not receive a submittal of revisions or a written request for an extension within the specified timeframe, therefore the project has expired. If you wish to continue review of this project, you must file a new application and fee.
