Stormwater Utility Department: V k a. The site is located in the Poudre River Basin, where there is no applicable development fees. Citywide monthly fees will apply. 0 k b. You will need a drainage and erosion control plan, and they must be prepared by a professional engineer registered in Colorado. 6 c. A water quality feature will need to be provided for this site including sufficient stormwater detention capacity. Look in the stormwater drainage manual for more detailed information. p l-d. New precipitation rates apply. e. The existing berm on the south end of the property must stay intact and in good repair. Perhaps landscaping or a concrete ribbon will help. 3. Engineering Department: K. a. If there has ever been street oversizing fees paid on the site, you may not have to pay the entire street oversizing fee.
