AMENDED PLAT/MINOR SUBDIVISION ADMINISTRATIVE RULING
TURNER SUBDIVISION, LOTS 17 AND 18 OF PARAGON POINT P.U.D., PHASE TWO
PLANNING DEPARTMENT PROJECT #12-96
May 1, 1996
Dear Resident:
On Thursday, May 16, 1996, at 2:00 p.m., in the Natural Resources Department Conference Room*,
281 North College Avenue, Fort Collins, Colorado, the City of Fort Collins Planning Director will hold
a public hearing for the purpose of considering the approval of an Amended Plat/Minor Subdivision.
If approved, a Vested Property Right, in accordance with Colorado Law, shall be created.
The applicant is proposing to replat Lots 17 and 18 (two lots) of the Paragon Point P.U.D., Phase Two,
as Lot 1 (one lot) for single-family residential use. The property is located on the west side of Falcon
Ridge Court, which is north of Trilby Road, west of Timberline road and the Union Pacific Railroad
tracks, and east of Fossil Creek
A list of affected property owners for this public hearing is derived from official records of the Larimer
County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and record keeping, or because
of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify
your neighbor of this pending hearing so that all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend. If you
are unable to attend this meeting, written comments are welcome.
