HomeMy WebLinkAboutFORT COLLINS HOUSING AUTHORITY, MAINTENANCE FACILITY - IL SITE PLAN REVIEW - 23-96 - DECISION - HEARING OFFICER DECISIONI-L SITE PLAN REVIEW ADMINISTRATIVE HEARING FORT COLLINS HOUSING AUTHORITY - 1400 RIVERSIDE DRIVE MAINTENANCE FACILITY PLANNING DEPARTMENT PROJECT NUMBER #23-96 WHEREAS, the applicant, Fort Collins Housing Authority, has duly followed the City procedure for the I-L (Limited Industrial) Site Plan Review as outlined in Section 29-367 and Section 29-513 of the City Code and has submitted their application for an I-L Site Plan for the following described property, to wit: Lot One, Peverley's Riverside Subdivision, City of Fort Collins, County of Larimer, State of Colorado, also known as 1400 Riverside Drive. WHEREAS, the City Planning Department processed the application request in accordance with Section 29-513 including publication of legal notification in the local newspaper with daily, general circulation; and WHEREAS, the Director of Planning (or his duly authorized representative) held a public hearing on Tuesday, September 24, 1996, at 1:30 p.m., in the Planning Department Conference Room, 281 North College Avenue, Fort Collins, Colorado for the purpose of reviewing the I-L Site Plan application and for the purpose of establishing a vested right under Article 68 of Title 24, C.R.S. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED BY THE PLANNING DIRECTOR (OR HIS DULY AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE) OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS THAT: The I-L Site Plan, known as Fort Collins Housing Authority Maintenance Facility be approved, and as grounds, therefore, the following facts are found to be true: A. The proposed use, maintenance facility, is a permitted use in the Limited Industrial Zone District. B.
