Please note that it may be a good idea to convert sheets two and three into "Utility Plans" for Engineering and Stormwater. The General Notes provided by Engineering and additional details can be added to sheet two. Also, please be aware that we will need the dedications of additional right-of-way for Red Cedar Circle and the nine foot wide utility easement by separate legal instruments prior to the public hearing. These documents must be received, reviewed and forwarded to City Council for acceptance. 2. Please refer to the attached comment sheet from Stormwater Utility. Please note that the proposed surface constitutes impervious surface requiring stormwater detention. 3. Please refer to the attached comment sheet from Poudre Fire Authority. 4. Please add a note under "Planting Notes" that all plant material shall be provided permanent, automatic irrigation. 5. On the site plan, along the west property line, a note indicates a "6' high vinyl clad (dark green) chain link fence" but the arrow points to the property line, not the fence as indicated graphically 30 feet east.
