One space per bedroom is required. The rack must be a permanent (anchored, not freestanding) fixture. Is the home owner -occupied? If so, an additional parking space will be required, as will an additional 400 square feet of habitable floor space. Please show the dimensions of the parking spaces in the parking area off the alley. It appears that there may not be enough room for residents to access the door to the back yard from the parking area if all three spaces are occupied. Consider adding wheel stops for the parking spaces to ensure access to the gate. Please add an owners' signature block and a signature block for the Planning Director to the final site plan.
