The proposed rezoning is commonly known as the Good Samaritan Village Rezoning, #55-95, E. The applicant requests approval to rezone approximately 15.2 acres located north of Trilby Road and west of Constellation Drive from the LMN, Low -Density Mixed -Use Neighborhood, Zoning District to the MIviM, Medium - Density Mixed -Use Neighborhood, Zoning District. See the attached map for site location. The first hearing will be held by the Planning and Zoning Board and is scheduled for: Thursday, October 16, 1997, 6:30 P.M., Council Chambers*, City Hall West, 300 Laporte Avenue. The second hearing will be held by the City Council and is scheduled for: Tuesday, October 21, 1997, 6:00 P.M., Council Chambers*, City Hall West, 300 Laporte Avenue. The Board, the Council, and the Planning staff consider your interest and input in this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important part of the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the public hearing, written comments are welcome. The list of affected property owners for the public hearings was derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the time lag between occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbors of the pending meetings so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
