CERTIFICATE OF SURVEY
This is to certify to: Transamerica Title Insurance Company, Cornerstone Presbyterian Church and Investor's
Fund for Building and Development of Presbyterian Church in America, Inc..
That on the 24th day of August 1994, a survey was completed under my supervision of Lot 3, Block 1, THE SIXTH
FAIRVIEW SUBDIVISION, in the City of Fort Collins, according to the recorded plat thereof, as corrected by
Affidavit recorded August 22, 1963, in Book 1218 at Page 535, County of Larimer, State of Colorado.
And that the location and dimensions of all buildings, improvements, easements and rights -of -way in evidence
or known to me, and all encroachments by or on the premises are accurately shown on this plat.
The surveyed property is in flood zone C and is not located in a designated flood plain.
