D Fort Collins, CO 80525 Dear Dan: Staff has reviewed the request for The Replat at The Preserve and offers the following comments: The plat should have a note vacating those portions of the existing "easements" in Tract B of the original plat, now within the new building envelopes. 2. The note should further state that those portions of Tract B previously within the building envelopes are now dedicated as the same type of easement. 3. The new building envelopes should be called `Building Envelopes" and not just "Bldg." 4. How does this plat affect the area of Tract B of the original plat? This should be addressed as a note on the Replat. 5. The administrative hearing has been scheduled for Thursday, July 18, 1996 at 1.-30 p.m. at - the Planning Department.
