It would be both acceptable and advisable to label the driveway as three (3) off- street parking spaces. B. Please add the.following to the General Notes section of the plan: There is not another group home within 1500 feet of the site. P. . The maximum allowable number of residents is four (4) persons. ► The site will contain no signage: ► It will be the responsibility of the owner(s) of the home to maintain the house and property in a manner that will contribute to the residential character of the neighborhood.
