Project No. 10-868-000 Dear Mike: February 5, 1997 We have reviewed the City's comments and changes concerning the Atlas Roofing P.U.D. We have made the required changes and added a preliminary plat document to our original submittal package. Please note the stormwater utility comments request an easement be shown for the existing irrigation lateral across this parcel. Our title search describes this only as an easement for irrigation purposes, with no specific description. Please direct us as to how the city would like this reflected on our plans. We hope you will find everything in order. If you or any of the other review departments have any questions about this design, please don't hesitate to call. Sincerely, TST, INC.
