The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on Thursday, April 2, 1998",
at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers", City Hall West, 300 LaPorte Avenue, will hold a public
hearing on a proposed project in your neighborhood. The proposed project is commonly known as
Fort Collins Good Samaritan Village, ODP, #27-96A.
This is a request for an overall development plan (ODP) to include a mix of housing types (120
existing assisted living and independent living units, 36 new duplex dwelling units, 55 new multi-
family units, and a new 10 bed long term care facility), a new 3,000 square foot clinic, and 8,000
square feet of accessory uses on approximately 13.89 acres. The property is located at the
northwest comer of W. Trilby Road and Constellation Drive (508 W. Trilby Road) and is zoned MMN,
Medium Density Mixed Use Neighborhood.
Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your interest and input in
this matter, as well as your neighbors input, an extremely important part of the City's review of this
proposal. If you are unable to attend the public hearing, written comments are welcome.
The list of affected property owners for this public meeting is derived from official records of the
Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between occupancy and record keeping, or
because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel
free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to
attend.
Please Note: Due to the number of projects being reviewed by the Board, there is no guarantee this
item will be heard on the date advertised. For the benefit of those attending the meeting, the Board
typically sets their schedule at the beginning of the meeting.
Sincerely
Michael Ludwig, AIC
City Planner
