Dear Mr. Sheppard:
I am writing to confirm our recent telephone conversation regarding modifications to Voicestream's
antennas to the First National Bank.
As we discussed, the City approved the installation of Voicestream's equipment including nine (9) panel
antennas separated into 3 sectors evenly. In order to enhance the system performance, Voicestream desires
placing a forth antenna on each of the 3 sectors to total the antenna count from 9 to 12. Additionally,
Voicestream has 2 BTS Cabinets currently existing on the rooftop. VoiceStream desires the placement of a
3rd cabinet adjacent to the 2 existing BTS cabinets.
The total equipment count existing is 2 BTS cabinets and 9 panel antennas. The proposed equipment count
is for 3 BTS cabinets and 12 panel antennas. Due to the low impact of Voicestreams proposal on the
rooftop of the First National Bank, your review and written approval is requested in hopes that no further
zoning will be required.
I have enclosed photo simulations showing each elevation to assist your review. I have also included
drawings highlighting the additions for easy identification of Voicestreams cabinets and antennas.
Please advise me if my understanding is not correct. Thank you for your assistance with this matter. We
appreciate your flexibility and look forward to continuing a positive relationship with the City of Fort
Collins.

Thank you for sending the plans and photo simulations for the proposed additional
antennas on the roof of First National Bank at 205 West Oak Street. The proposal is to
add one antenna to each of the three arrays so the total would increase from nine to 12.
The request is minor and will not necessitate a formal application of a Minor Amendment
to the approved plans. Voicestream Wireless may proceed without any further action
from the Current Planning Department. If you have any questions, please feel free to call
our office at 221-6750.
