Dear Mr. Burns: A meeting was held at Fort Collins Good Samaritan Village on Tuesday, February 22, 2000 with the President and Executive Board of the Skyview South Home O,.vners Association, the Administrator of Fort Collins Good Samaritan Village (representing the Evangelical Lutheran Good Samaritan Society [Society]) and their consulting engineer, Landmark Engineering Ltd. We discussed the utilization of two (2) existing stormwater conveyance systems located in the Pluto and Sundown Court cul-de-sacs for discharge of on -site drainage that would result from the proposed development of duplex units in the northern area of the Good Samaritan Village site. The proposal presented is as follows: • The proposed Fort Collins Good Samaritan Village Development Project will improve the existing condition of Constellation Drive. Currently approximately 28.5 cfs is released to Constellation Drive. The proposed improvements would release no more than I cfs. • The Society will assume the full cost of, and will provide labor and materials for the following improvements: • Installation of modified grate sections between 512 and 516 Pluto Court as well as 512 and 516 Sundown Courts. Attached is the letter to Rex Burns from Good Sam (signed by the Skyview South HOA) regarding drainage improvements to Pluto and Sundown Courts. We will include it as part of the Drainage Report. Brian talked to Basil, so he knows this project is coming back its. Basil told Brian to just submit it_ We will follow up with Basil, and try to schedule a meeting to review the comments and solutions with him - if he is open for that. We are hoping to get this up to Basil's office end of day tommorrow. Could you please follow up with Basil next week as well, and stress the importance of a thorough review, and hopefully a 'sign -off so that you can proceed with scheduling an Administrative Hearing?
