Basil, thanks for meeting with me this afternoon and I hope the following clears up the confusion.
This project will not create any site grading that would increases runoff rates greater than the historical rates. Also,
there will not be any off site grading that would create off site stormwater to come on site. The concrete sidewalk
chase will have a positive drain slope from the building to the existing concrete gutter.
