On Friday, February 9", 2001, at 4:00 p.m., in the conference room of the City of Fort
Collins Current Planning Department, 281 North College Avenue, Fort Collins, CO.,
80524, the Administrative Hearing Officer will conduct an administrative public hearing
for a development proposal in your neighborhood. The project is known as Fort
Collins Good Samaritan Village — Project Development Plan, #27-9613.
This is a request for a Project Development Plan to build 33 duplex/triplex residential
units, a 2,400 square foot maintenance building, and a 0.6 acre civic landscaped area.
This PDP is the first filing of development within the area approved as the Fort Collins
Good Samaritan Village ODP. The property is zoned MMN — Medium Density, Mixed -
Use Neighborhood.
The affected property owners list for this public hearing is derived from official records of
the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and
record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have
been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all
neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
