E. Rembve curb stop easement for existing Building "D" to be
F. Add Icurb stop easement for proposed Walgreen's as approved on
the final development plan.
I just received the Power of Attorney documents on behalf of the current
property Iowners. We will have the signature blocks changed
accordingly. Please let me know if the City requires any special language
or form o+er than what is reflected In these documents.
We will sent the myians out for signature as soon as we receive your
approval �f the changes. Thanks again for your assistance.

COMMENTS: Attached Is a fax of the revised plat. I have also included a marked -up
reduction of the plat you currently have on file. The following changes
are shown on the mark-up and reflect staff requests:
A. Dedication of the parking and landscaping area east of the building

as "Occess, utility & drainage easement", consistent with the
rema nder of the center.
B. EllmOtion of the 20' Drainage Easement, which included the storm
draln ge structure and entire pond area. These drainage facilities
will ow be located in the blanket "access, utility and drainage
ease ent" consistent with the rest of the center.
C. Vacate a small area within the existing "access, utility & drainage
easement" to accommodate the proposed Walgreen's sidewalk in
front pf the building.
