They will not pay this until April 30 (new closing day). So we will get the Certificate of Taxes Due to you (showing $0 balance) as soon as it is available. We understand you cannot record the plat until you get the certificate. We appreciate the City's assistance with this project. I will let you know if the taxes are paid prior to the closing.
