The project is known as Drake Crossing Shopping Center, Filing #2, File #35-96A. This is a request to replat Tract A of the original plat of Drake Crossing Shopping Center into 3 separate lots. The replat would create lots of 5.24 acres, 4.18 acres, and 1.54 acres in size. The affected property owners list for this public hearing is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
