College Avenue Fort Collins, CO 80524 Re: Drake Crossing Shopping Center Filing No. 2 Dear Steve: RECEIVED MAR 2 7 2002 c_ JRRENT PLANNING Enclosed is the submittal packet we discussed at our March 25 meeting to allow the Drake Crossing replat to be processed separately from the Walgreens Major Amendment. Included in the submittal packet are the following: • Original application form for Replat • Check for $ 256.50 for $200 processing fee and 113 APO Labels • Copy of APO List ( labels sent to you 3/25/02 via overnight delivery) • Six (6) sets of revised Replat documents The previously submitted replat currently under review has been revised to reflect the existing conditions (Buildings D and E) as follows: 1. Addition of a 20' utility easement near the northwest corner of Lot 3 for a curb stop for existing Building "D". 2. Removal of a 20' utility easement for the proposed Walgreen's curb stop. This easement will be dedicated by separate document. 3. Please note that the curb stop for Building "E" is already located in an existing access/utility/drainage easement within the drive aisle off Drake Road just east of Lot 3. As discussed at our meeting, we anticipate a public hearing before the Hearing Officer on April 10 with a decision rendered by April 12. The end of the appeal period will be April 26, 2001 at which time we can record the replat. We greatly appreciate the City's efforts to allow the replat to be processed separately in order to complete the real estate transaction.
