RE: Agenda Items 11 and 12 — Annexation and Zoning of Property
Known as Mail Creek Crossing Second Annexation
The purpose of this memorandum, and in conjunction with Agenda Items 11 and 12, the
Planning and Zoning Board voted 5 — 0 on February 16, 2017 to recommend to City
Council approval of annexing the Mail Creek Crossing Second Annexation and
placement into the Urban Estate zone district and the residential neighborhood sign
district.
