Dear Resident
The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on Monday, February 24,
1997*, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers**, City Hall West, 300 LaPorte Avenue, is planning to
hold a public hearing on a proposed project in your neighborhood. The proposed project is
commonly know as Drake Crossing Shopping Center PUD, First National Bank Drive -Up
Facility, Amended Final, #35-96.
The applicant's request is for a four lane drive -up banking facility, with a 424 s.f. building; located
in the existing parking lot at the southwest comer of Drake Crossing Shopping Center. The
proposed use would be at the northeast corner of West Drake Road and Hampshire Road, and
zoned BP - Planned Business.
Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your input on this matter,
as well as your neighbor's input, and extremely importang element in the City's review of this
proposal. If you are unable to attend the public hearing, written comments are welcome.
The list of affected property owners for this public information meeting is derived from official records
of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between occupancy and record keeping,
or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel
free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to
attend. If your are unable to attend this meeting, written comments are welcome.
Please Note: Due to the number of projects being reviewed by the Board, there is no guarantee this
item will be heard on the date advertised. For the benefit of those attending the meeting, the Board
typically sets their schedule at the beginning of the meeting.
