City of Fort Collins regional detention OU ■ ■ VICINITY MAP 01/06/97 #35-96 Drake Crossing Shopping Center 1st National Drive -up Banking Facility City of Fort Collins Dear Resident: Community Planning and Environmental "crvices Current Planning April 15, 1997 The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on Monday, April 28, 1997", at 6:30 pm in the Council Chambers", City Hall West, 300 LaPorte Avenue, is planning to hold a public hearing on a proposed project in your neighborhood. The proposed project is commonly known as Drake Crossing Shopping Center PUD, First National Bank Drive -Up Facility, Amended Final, #35-96. The applicant is requesting a 4 lane drive -up banking facility with a 424 sq ft building; located in the existing parking lot at the southwest corner of the First National Bank Plaza. The proposed use would be at the northeast corner of West Drake Road and Hampshire Road, and is zoned NC - Neighborhood Commercial. Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the public hearing, written comments are welcome. The list of affected property owners for this public information meeting is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of lag time between occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors have the opportunity to attend. Please Note: Due to the number of projects being reviewed by the Board, there is no guarantee this item will be heard on the date advertised. For the benefit of those attending the meeting, the Board typically sets their schedule at the beginning of the meeting.
