TMP Investments Inc., the buyer, is requesting a letter from the City of Fort Collins confirming the following items: a. The property is in compliance with the City of Fort Collins Building and Zoning codes. b. The addition of the First National Bank drive through facility has not effected the Safeway building expansion area of approximately 8,000 square feet allowed by the Final Site Plan. I will call you Monday to discuss this verification request. The buyer is under a tight time constraint and needs some type of confirmation from the city by Wednesday, July 23, 1997.
