[5/8/06] Utility Plan Comments: Clearly label limits of R.O.W. for Valley
Forge and Taft Hill. Show pedestrian walks and ramps on -site to improve
connectivity (see Site Plan comments and redlines). Existing cross pans at
both internal access points to site are being eliminated. No proposed new
cross pans are being shown. Proposed new cross pans at both accesses
shall be shown and labeled. Two proposed 4 inch SS laterals are shown on
the plan connecting to the 8 inch main from the car wash building labeled
with construction note 17. No storm water surface drainage or roof drainage
shall be conveyed to the sanitary sewer system. Please remove proposed
connections or clarify with new construction note. Clearly dimension the
R.O.W. from centerline on both Taft Hill and Valley Forge.
Grading & Erosion Control Plan Comments: Revise the grading plan to show
additional sidewalks and ramps to improve connectivity on -site. Show and
label proposed cross pans at both internal accesses to the site with flow line
elevations. Clearly label the limits of R.O.W. on the grading plan.

[4/20/06] The,existing electric service to the car wash is 300 amps. Since
the fuel station will need 1200 amps, it. will be necessary to change the
transformer to a larger one in the same location. The Light & Power charges
for the additional capacity plus costs to change the transformer are
estimated to be $15,000.00. _ These charges will be a separate invoice, not
included with other building permit fees. Contact Light & Power
Engineering at (970)221-6700 to initiate the invoice and utility work.
